Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Web Application Designer at Benchmark Gensuite, you’ll be at the heart of our innovation engine. Your role will involve collaborating with experts and customers to develop cutting-edge Web applications that enhance our digital platform. From translating business requirements into technical designs to designing intuitive front-end interfaces, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our products.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with domain experts and customers to translate business needs into technical designs.
Develop clear functional specifications and technical documentation.
Design intuitive front-end interfaces and functionality that align with user needs.
Attend meetings to document designs and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Effectively communicate technical concepts and gather input for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in enterprise web application design.
Proficiency in front-end and/or back-end development for web and mobile platforms.
Comprehensive knowledge of best practices and principles of responsive design.
Proficiency in design applications, such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and programming languages like C#, Python, or Java is a plus.
Familiarity with business processes and compliance workflows is advantageous.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
