Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for policyholders, providing assistance, resolving issues, and offering information on insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Guide customers through the claims process, facilitating communication between clients and claims adjusters and ensuring a smooth resolution.
- Educate customers on policy coverage, terms, and conditions to help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
- Demonstrated capacity to handle client concerns quickly and efficiently.
- Strong organizing abilities and painstaking attention to detail.
- While previous experience in the insurance industry is beneficial, it is not required.
